B. Braun Avitum receives the Best Employer Award in Hungary
The companies were assessed in the categories satisfaction and engagement of employees, company reputation, attraction and employer brand.
Hungary. More than 32,000 employees of 76 companies were polled in Hungary as part of the annual Best Employers survey conducted by the global HR Consulting company Aon Hewitt. According to the employee opinions, B. Braun Avitum Hungary came in as Best Employer among companies with a workforce of 250-1000 people. General Manager Peter Horn received the title at the award gala organized on November 25th. The candidates were measured by overall satisfaction and engagement of employees, company reputation, attraction and employer brand. The survey also assessed the given answers regarding leadership expertise, performance related rewards, work environment as well as recognition and development. The number of B. Braun employees taking part in the survey exceeded 800. With a general commitment and satisfaction level at 85%, the Hungarian subsidiary not only outperformed local average by nearly 30%, but came in as Best Employer of 2015. “As a family owned company, we attach a strong emphasis to human resources who we consider to be our most valuable asset. Aon’s Best Employers Survey was introduced in Hungary in 2001. Along with Germany, Hungary was the first country in Europe where such an analysis of companies was conducted. Today, the survey is organized globally with employees from an average of 30 countries taking part each year.
