A future for the youngest

Sustainability means creating perspectives for future generations. With B. Braun for Children, every subsidiary is involved in a children’s project.

Since 2004, every company in the B. Braun Group has supported a children’s project in its own country as part of the B. Braun for Children initiative – about 180 social and cultural projects in total. We offer young people the chance of a better life, a new home, medical care – the things they need most in their locale and situation. The main focus is on educational projects. They give children and young people an opportunity to learn for their lifetime.

Brazil: in the project “Arsenal do Bem”, young adults acquire valuable knowledge for their future careers, turning them into potential new employees.
Malaysia: in the “2 Way Center”, B. Braun employees devote their time to children and young people with learning difficulties resulting from disease or disability.
Pakistan: this little girl is happy that she can go to school. B. Braun mainly supports children from poorer families here.
Prof. Hanns-Peter Knaebel, B. Braun Management Board member, gives an inspiring talk to up-and-coming young scientists at the Children’s University in Tuttlingen.
Hungary: It goes without saying that budding artists also get a chance to be creative at the “Art Market” exhibition in Budapest.
USA: B. Braun employees take part in workshops at Pennsylvania Catasauqua Area High School. They join teachers and entrepreneurs in helping students to find a job that suits them.
Germany: young researchers conduct experiments at the workshop “Kindergarten Academy” during the Children’s and Youth Weeks and discover more about the fascinating world of natural science.
