PQM stands for Pension Quality Mark—an award that has only been given to 200 companies in Great Britain since it was introduced in 2009. The B. Braun subsidiary in the UK has been one of them since January 2019. The PQM award is only given to companies that meet the highest standards of quality for pension provision from employers in the UK. To earn it, organizations must pass various contributory, governance, and communication assessments.

Worthwhile investments and developments
B. Braun invests approximately £ 3.8 million annually in the UK pension system. This benefits the more than 1,000 employees. In April 2019, the minimum contributions for the Aviva pension fund were even increased to 5 percent—a remarkable development.
